Establised in 2007, Baocheng Precision Mould Industrial Limited is specialized in high precision plastic mould making and die casting. Since the foundation of Baocheng, thanks for the support of all our customers, we have developed to be a qualified mould manufacturer with the service from mould design, mould making, injection moulding, secondary tooling and assembly.
Baocheng has workshops occupying an area of 1500 square meters in traffic-convenient Shiyan town, Bao'an District of Shenzhen city. The company has 60 trained employees now. Baocheng has got good reputation from our customer for the high quality moulds we provide. We also brought in the advanced technology and effective management to assure we can satisfy the customer better. Until now, our main customers cover Germany, UK, Netherlands, America,India and other countries. Recently, the factory is applying for ISO9001:2008 certificate, we will be qualified of certificate and have it in April of 2011. Each operation from storage to production is implemented with international quality management control system. Therefore, the unnecessary waste will be avoided, meanwhile the lead time of mould construction could be shorten. Nowadays, we could manufacture 300 sets of mould instead of 200 sets per year. Because of improvement of productivity, we could be able to manufacture a mould in very short lead time within three weeks, the improvement of warehouse management will save more material and make the price of moulds and product more competitive.
We have 6 professional designers working on part design, mould design and programming. The software we normally use is PRO-E、Solid works、Unigraphics、Master CAM、auto CAD. Baocheng can provide one-stop service from part optimizing, mould design, mould manufacture to injection moulding. No matter you have the sample or drawing, we will be pleasure to serve you with the technology support.
Meanwhile, Baocheng also can do the support on product development, optimizing the product structure, and offer the best solution on both mould and part after considering the part assembly to shorten the prodcut developing period and improve the production efficiency. For expanding the markets, BCP imported Moriseiki CNC in June of 2010, at the same time, we have bought some relevant inspection equipment. In the same year, we bought more injection machines, it will be more convenient to do mould trial and production. In 2010, our business in Europe and U.S. market is getting stable, we plan to move forward to develop the market in Japan and local China. Because of our high quality mould, on time delivery, and well after service, we have won more and more international customers.
